3 Things Pregnant Moms Need to Do to Stay Connected With Their Partner During Pregnancy (You'll Love No. 2)!

Pregnancy is a beautiful time of your life. Stay connected with your partner during pregnancy to help you both enjoy the process and be even more prepared as your enter into parenthood. Here are three ways you can connect with your partner.

  1. Communicate. Share about your fears, your hopes, your needs and your goals. Encourage your partner to open up about his worries and goals as well.
  2. Continue to date each other. You are about to invite another member into your family. Enjoy the time you have together – just the two of you.
  3. Make decisions together. Have you partner help you with registering, decorating the nursery and making decisions about your baby's healthcare.

Congratulations on your baby-to-be!
