• scissors
• Styrofoam ball
• glue stick
• hanging wire

Here's how you make it:

1. Cut up old CDs into small squares. 
2. Paste squares onto Styrofoam ball until it is all covered.
3. Insert hook and hanging wire to hang from the ceiling.
