Here’s what I do every year to keep me on track when it's time for Daylight Saving Time!
- When you reset your clocks, use your phone to set the time on every clock in the house. This way you’ll be synchronized and accurate.
- Don’t forget the clocks in your cars.
- It’s also a great time to change the batteries in smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors.
- Take safety updates one step further by programming “In Case of Emergency” (ICE) contacts in everyone’s phone. In Contacts, enter the word “ICE” plus a name or title, such as “Mom,” and the phone number. That way, first responders will know who to contact if there is an emergency.
