Setting new goals is fantastic and we should never stop trying to be stronger, better, nicer, faster or healthier. So why do so many set goals and then fail at reaching them? I'll give you a hint (my favorite saying): "If YOU want things to change, YOU have to change things." What is holding you back is actually YOU. This year:
- be really committed to your goals
- aspire to make small changes
- get friends to keep you motivated
- celebrate all successes
- do it every day
