I love my kids, but I don't love making school lunches. Solution: I taught my kids how to make their own healthy school lunches very early on!
- Kids in kindergarten can help get their own breakfast and help empty the dishwasher.
- By first grade, they can fill water bottles and snack containers.
- By third grade, they can get yogurt and pour milk.
- By fifth grade, they can cut fruit and make sandwiches.
They can do it - really!
