A great time-saving tip for busy weekday school mornings is to lay out the breakfast dishes the night before. Every night after I clear the dinner table, I lay out my:
- breakfast plates
- cups for juice
- a big bowl of fruit
- some cereal
- bread for toast
That way in the morning all I have to do is microwave some fully cooked breakfast sausage for 30 seconds and, just like that, a hearty breakfast is served for the family.
