Bedtime isn’t just for little kids – it’s for teens and preteens, too. Staying up late and sleeping in are a lot of fun during the summer, but for the school year, it’s important to get our big kids back on a sleep schedule, too. Here are some tips!
- We all love our coffee, even teens, but it should be decaf in the afternoon and evening.
- Slowly move up the wake-up time so they can gradually get back into the early morning. This will help make the transition a little easier.
