Kids & Sleep: 3 Ways to Help Kids Wind Down & Get Into Bedtime Sleep Mode

Sleep is critical to everyone's success, especially during the school year. If you have little ones who have been running around all day, it’s important to give them some time to wind down before heading to bed. Here are some ways to get kids into bedtime mode:

  • Consider reading a story or two to help everyone calm down.
  • A bath not only cleans the body, but also soothes muscles and helps put the mind in a relaxed state.
  • If your child isn’t going to nap at school, it’s best to start weaning them and putting them to bed earlier to get them ready for school.
