It's so important to make sure your kids (and you!) are drinking enough water, especially as we get into the warmer months. A helpful tip is to let them have fun with their ice cubes.
- Cut up their favorite fruit (strawberries, kiwis, blueberries, lemons, limes, etc.)
- Put the cut up fruit in an ice tray.
- Fill the ice tray with water and let it freeze.
Soon, they'll have fruit ice cubes to flavor their water. They won't even miss those sugary sodas and juices!
