How to Build a Good Relationship With Your Child's Teachers

It's a big step for a child to go to school for the first time. For those whose children need specific care – like allergy, asthma or eczema – t's even more important to build the right relationship with the teachers to minimize miscommunication and tackle issues in school promptly. Here are some tips to help you build a great relationship with your kid’s teacher:

  • Respect and help the teachers in the care of your child by providing a checklist (if needed).
  • Volunteer for events like sports day, occupation talk, events where they need help, etc.
  • Show your appreciation, remembering that teachers are people, too, working a full day caring for kids.
