Winter Can Worsen Skin Ailments: How to Look Good in Holiday Photos!

Screaming infants, temper tantrums and lots of eye rolling – it’s Christmas photo season. The season of holiday joy is during the winter, when many disorders are exacerbated, including skin ailments. Low humidity and cold wind cause the skin to dry faster, leading to chapping on the face and hands. Though it’s good to have clean kids for the photos, keep these tips in mind:

  • Stay away from bubble baths.
  • Use a fragrance-free, extra-moisture lotion on kids prone to dry skin after all baths, showers and hand washing.
