Thumb Not So Green? You Can Still Grow a Butterfly & Hummingbird Flower Garden (Stress Relief Guaranteed)! by Mindy Hudon, M.S., CCC-SLP

I’m not a gardener, and my thumbs are not green! But, every year I try to plant some flowers in my backyard.
This year, I planted some perennial flowers that attract butterflies and hummingbirds. My goal is to see these two beautiful creatures hovering in my yard. I don’t know what it is about them, but they make me feel so warm and cozy inside. Watching them just helps me melt my stress away.
I have created a beautiful oasis for them to come and drink the sweet nectar, while I admire them from afar. The flowers are in full bloom and I am waiting for them to grace me with their presence!
