Looking for a Job? Make Sure You've Got the Three C's Before You Interview!

Employers look carefully at all candidates, especially in these tough economic times, before they decide to hire. What employers look for can be summarized in the following "Three C's of Candidates."

  • Character refers to having a steady employment history
  • Capacity refers to being able to prove as the job seeker you can generate revenue for the company
  • Capital refers to showing the employer that you bring value to the company’s bottom line

The more you can display the three C's in your interview, the better your chances for success!
