Exercise is a simple way to increase sex drive. Yoga is a great way to get your fitness on and your libido up. Yoga's meditative practice focuses our minds on stretching and energy flow, and creates a calm. The stretching we practice in yoga alone can improve orgasm, and that can release sexual energy.
If yoga is new to you, start off simple with some sun salutes (see photo). Repeat the practice for 5 to 10 minutes. If you're feeling saucy, try some tantric or couples yoga to really spice things up. Any way you choose to pose, you'll be getting fit and feeling sexy!
