Exercising in Winter Weather: How to Protect Your Feet From Frostbite!

Winter weather doesn't have to prevent you from exercising outside; you just need to make sure you have the right gear. The perfect running shoe is a beautiful thing, but we also need to make sure it’s perfect for running in winter snow and slush.

  • Proper shoes and socks for exercising outdoors in winter are important to protect our feet and toes from frostbite.
  • Even if it’s just for a winter stroll, make sure your shoes will keep your feet dry.
  • Also, you should wear thermal socks or two pair of regular socks to keep your feet warm.
