Got Goals for the New Year? 3 Easy Ways to Help You Stick to Them!

It can be easier to write resolutions than to keep them! If your goals are important to you, here are some ideas to help you follow through. 

  • Write down your goals and read them at least every other day, to remind yourself of what you want to focus on.
  • Read good books that give you ideas on how to keep your focus, or help you remember why you wanted to achieve that goal in the first place. "Achieve Any Goal" by Brian Tracy is a great one.
  • Ask a peer to be an accountability buddy for you. 

Resolve to keep focus on your goals and change your life when you do!
