Focus on the Positives in 2022: Parents, Start the New Year With These Positive Family Resolutions by Shannon Guernsey Coulter
At the start of each year, many of us get really hard on ourselves and try to think about ways to change. Self-reflection is always good, but sometimes we can be focused on what we don’t like about ourselves or negative things that make us feel bad.
Switch it up a bit this year by focusing on the positive things your family does and resolve to do more of them. Work together to resolve to:
- Have more fun together,
- Love each other more.
- Spend more quality time as a family in 2021.
- Cook together more.
- Exercise together as a family.
- Have family meetings and share thoughts and feelings.
