Thanksgiving Hacks: A Genius Way to Deliver a Thanksgiving Meal to Someone

I know many of us transport meals to loved ones and even strangers on Thanksgiving and Christmas, especially seniors. This seemed to have become more common during the coronavirus pandemic. I recently came across a life hack that seems perfect for just this: When delivering a meal to someone, use a muffin tin! This is easier than using multiple containers and allows you to easily portion the food into individual servings.

If you use a disposable muffin tin, the grateful recipient won’t even need to worry about getting a container back to you. They can simply scoop their servings into a microwave safe dish, heat in the microwave, enjoy their meal and then toss their garbage.

Bonus: this is a great option for picky eaters who don’t like their foods to touch each other. Think turkey, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, green beans, stuffing, rolls and vegetables all in one container but without anything touching. It’s a picky eater’s dream.

I hope this life hack makes it even easier for you to brighten someone’s day during the holidays this year. Thank you for your kindness.
