Tweens Bored on Easter? Here's a Fun Way to Keep Them Entertained!

Tweens don't want to participate in the Easter egg hunt with your little ones? I had to get creative to get my daughter's interests this year. I came up with a scavenger egg hunt for her and the older kids.

Instead of hiding eggs, I am hiding clues. They have to unscramble words, solve riddles and find the hidden picture (all made up from their music, TV shows, apps and games to avoid being to "childish" for them). I even have one she has to text me to get the next hint.

Once your kids have run around solving mysteries and finding clues, they will find an Easter basket full of eggs and treats!

OK, this is genius, Holly Budde ! Great way to avoid the eye-rolling we often see when the big ones are bored but the little ones are enthralled, thank you!
