Donations & Volunteers Needed at Border Coalitions: Here's How You Can Help the Migrant Population

If you are not living on the southern border, but feel compelled to help with the ever-growing border crisis, here is a great way to support cities and families directly impacted. Most migrant families are arriving from Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador and Congo (Africa) with just the clothes on their backs. Many families still have a long journey ahead of them. Coalitions across the border are giving it their all to avoid homelessness and human trafficking among this vulnerable migrant population. Maybe your community group or youth group would like to create bags, collect items or volunteer at our center or a center near you. Would you consider partnering with a border coalition? Together, we will get through this crisis, and be proud of the way we did it safely, showing compassion and kindness
