My Glass Is Always Full: Here's Why You Need to Pour Your Soul Into It

I see the glass as always full. We deserve that whole glass – not half. I'm not talking about wine. Well, maybe a little, because let's face it, wine helps! However, this time I'm talking about our soul glass.

Our soul glass holds our very being. It holds things that make you … you. My glass is filled with my precious and crazy children. It's filled with my completely insane family. My beautiful friends are in the glass always keeping it filled to the rim. I keep my positive thoughts and 1001 daily jokes in that glass.

If you fill up on the happy, the crazy, the humorous, you don't have room for the bad, the negative and the pain. I don't even like to mention them. They have no room in my life. My glass is full.

You may have a sip, but fill it back up with a little bit of your happy.
