Creative Easter Egg Hunt Ideas: Fun Ways to Change Up the Egg Hunt This Year

Tired of stuffing Easter eggs with candy or more plastic trinkets that kids don’t want or need? Why not change it up this year?

Here are two fun ideas for this year's Easter egg hunt:

  • Get either LEGO sets or puzzles and put a piece in each egg. The kids have to find all of the eggs to complete the puzzle or LEGO set. Kids, teens and adults would love this. Make it into a contest and see who can complete the puzzle or LEGO kit first!
  • Another idea that my cousin is doing is a scavenger hunt. She is going to put clues in each egg to help the kids find the next egg. What a fun idea!
  • Hide money in the eggs! Kids will love counting up how much money they found.

What kinds of things have you done with the Easter egg hunt to change it up?
