Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 parts ginger beer
  • 1 part bourbon
  • fresh mint

Here’s how to make it:

  1. Place mint sprigs into bottom of glass and muddle (which means smash with a spoon so it's bruised and "muddled").
  2. Fill glass with crushed ice (or regular ice, if needed).
  3. Pour ginger beer and bourbon into the glass to fill.
  4. Add mint and a straw for garnish.
