"Tully": An Honest & Real Story About Motherhood & Perfect for Mom's Night Out by Renee Herren
My friends and I have been all abuzz about the upcoming movie, "Tully," that depicts motherhood in all its glory! With each new trailer comes anticipation and talk of a future night out – a night to laugh and possibly cry about the reality of our lives.
"Tully" is a comedy-drama directed by Jason Reitman and written by Diablo Cody, who is also known for writing the hit film "Juno." The film stars Charlize Theron, Mackenzie Davis, Mark Duplass and Ron Livingston.
The movie is about Marlo (Charlize Theron), an exhausted mother of three, who is gifted a night nanny by her brother. Marlo has many reservations about the idea of a stranger coming into her house but eventually relents and comes to form a special bond with the young nanny named Tully (Mackenzie Davis). As the movie progresses, viewers will learn about the compromises and frustrations of Marlo’s past and how she became the person that she is – a person that many moms will surely relate to.
Be sure to mark your calendars and plan for your family to have frozen pizza for dinner on April 20, 2018! This video is longer than 30 seconds, but we think it's worth it.
