Fairy gardening is such a huge trend right now. But Joyce Sprau, Senior Project Manager at Ultimate Source and creator of Flower Fairies Secret Garden, couldn't find any good products out there for kids. Joyce was inspired to create Flower Fairies Secret Garden, which won her the “Rising Star of the Year” award at the Chicago Toy & Game Fair's (ChiTAG) 2017 Toy & Game Innovation Awards!
What makes Flower Fairies Secret Garden different is that all the products are made of durable plastic and safety tested for kids ages 6 and up (though adults love it, too!). Joyce was inspired by the stories of Cicely Mary Barker, who was a watercolor artist and storyteller in the 1920’s. The pop-up books are absolutely breathtaking. While Joyce doesn’t sell the books, they are available on Amazon (see links below).
Flower Fairies Secret Garden combines real fairy gardening with imaginary fairy gardening. One kit allows you to put your real plants inside or use fake green foam moss instead with silk flowers. How cool is that? The line has eight different flower fairies to choose from and each comes with either a large or small accessory.
