Snow Ice Cream Recipe: Kids Will Scream for Snow Ice Cream by Mike Prochaska

Snow ice cream is easy to make and the kiddos love it. We made it last winter every time it snowed.

You'll need:

• 5 cups clean snow
• 1 cup milk
• 1 tablespoon vanilla or maple syrup
• 1/2 cup sugar

Here's how to make it: 

1. Put 3 cups of snow in bowl.
2. Add the sugar and maple syrup. Mix.
3. Add the last 2 cups of snow.

Eat right away before it melts!!! And watch your kids' faces light up as they eat snow ice cream!
