Rod Ryan Show Opens Online Store to Benefit Houston Children’s Charity’s Back2School Program by Donna John
For the eighth year, The Rod Ryan Show from 94.5 The Buzz, has partnered with Houston Children’s Charity – a non-profit dedicated to improving the quality of life for Greater Houston’s underprivileged, abused and disabled children – to provide thousands of backpacks to kids in need. The backpacks are filled with the school supplies these children need to start the first day of school off right, and set them up for success. This year, the morning show hopes to do in five weeks what they normally have 10 weeks to accomplish. Last year, the show provided school supplies to over 800 families!
Want to help? Stop by the Rod Ryan Show Cares Online Store, powered by Brand Junkie, and buy a T-shirt, tank or hat – or simply buy a backpack for a child for $20. Yep, for about as much as four of those designer coffees you can help a kid get the school supplies they need. Rod Ryan and co-hosts Dinah Powers, Alex P. Middleton and Phyllis, want you to know this: 100 percent of all profits from everything they sell goes to the organization. Not a percentage – ALL of it.
The Rod Ryan Show Cares Online Store will be open for a limited time only, so be sure to check it out today! (Below is just a sampling of the merchandise available.) Learn more about iHeartRadio’s 94.5 The Buzz, The Rod Ryan Morning Show and Houston Children’s Charity!
