Vegetable Roll-ups: Spice Up Your Child’s Lunch With This Kid-Approved Recipe!

These veggie roll-ups are an easy snack or lunch to make for kids. It's so easy, they can even make it themselves! Kids can enjoy these like a burrito or cut them into pinwheels. Either way, your kids will get their veggies in for the day and you have a new lunch option in your back pocket! Don't be surprised, though, if you want one for yourself!

You’ll need:

  • long, thin slices of red and green apples
  • cucumber
  • celery
  • bag of spinach
  • carrot sticks
  • wrap or tortillas
  • vegetable cream cheese

Here’s how to make them:

  1. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on the wrap.
  2. Pick a variety of veggies and lay them on top of the cream cheese.
  3. Roll up the wrap and enjoy!!

Mom tip: Leave a little cream cheese on the edge of the wrap and use that like glue so that it stays wrapped up tight!
