With Sex Sometimes You DO Want to Fake It, Ladies! Let Me Explain...

No, not that. Get your minds out of the gutter. What I mean is, if you haven't been having much sex with your partner lately, it can get awkward. And awkward means you start to avoid it. And that means even less sexual contact and more awkwardness, and around and around in a vicious circle.

So sometimes, you just want to play at being your more sexual self. Think of what puts you in the mood (or what used to, when your sex drive was higher.) Sex isn't just what we do with someone else; it's a part of who we are. Unleash your more sensual side, even if at first it feels more like acting. Being silly and playful is a part of things, too. And what starts out faux can be a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Great tip for improving the partner relationship - so important! Thank you, hollybrownMFT !

Yes, sex is important. They say that when it's working well, it's like 10 percent of your relationship, and when it's not working, it's 80%. Not sure if I've got the percentages right, but you get my drift. It's an area you want to nurture, and not neglect.
