National Single Parent Day: Thank You, Single Moms & Dads Everywhere!

Monday, March 21, 2022, is National Single Parent Day. And while I haven't been one myself, I have the utmost respect for the single parents in my life.

Most people don't enter into parenthood with the intention of being single parents, though some very special people do – and I'm particularly in awe of them! I want you to know that we see you and we're here to support you and cheer you on!

Today I want to say thank you for all that you do to keep your kids happy and healthy. Parenting requires selflessness, but single parenting takes it to a new level. You often fill the role of both parents without question or complaint. As they say, you can't pour from an empty cup, so remember to take time for you as well! And please allow your friends, your tribe, to support you. You deserve it!
