While chocolates and roses are sweet, finding an intimate activity with your beau can be a memorable bonding experience. Try these easy partner yoga poses to feel great, bond and deepen your intimacy.
- Double Tree Pose: Place one hand on your partner’s, lift the other up.
- Seated Forward and Backward Bend: Sit back to back. One partner leans forward, the other leans back – talk so you only go to the point of comfort.
- Seated Twist: Sitting back to back, both of you turn to your left and place your hand on your partner’s knee or thigh. Breathe a while together, then repeat on the other side.
- Deep Relaxation: Get comfortable lying down side by side and place your hand on top of your partner’s. Close your eyes, breathe deeply, feel loved, held and supported.
