Last-Minute DIY Valentine's Day Gift Ideas: Don't Stress & Show the Love

Are you a little behind for Valentine’s Day this year? Here are a few DIY ideas to save the day:

  • Take a deck of playing cards and using a permanent marker, write one thing you love about them on the back side of each card. Make a label that says, “52 Reasons Why I Love You.”
  • Using any 8x10-inch frame, place a piece of scrapbook paper where the picture should go. Close the frame and with a reusable marker, write a special message on the glass. You can each write love or flirty messages back and forth!
  • If you have kids, secure a sitter for monthly date nights for the next six months. Write date night ideas on slips of paper and put them in a decorative jar. When date night comes around, pick one. Stash some cash in the jar to pay the sitter.
