​20-20-20 Rule for Eye Health: This Simple Rule Can Prevent Eye Strain

Have you heard of the 20-20-20 rule when it comes to straining your eyes with computer, tablet and phone screens? To rest your eyes, it's good to look up from your work every 20 minutes, focus on an object 20 feet away for 20 seconds – the 20-20-20 rule.

  • burning eyes
  • tired eyes
  • headaches
