How to Make the Most of Your Time: 5 Ways to Be More Present and Mindful!

In a world where multitasking is the "norm," it's important to maximize the time we have and also make it meaningful. Here are five ways you can be more present!

  • Turn off technology
  • Practice mindfulness
  • Get back to socializing with people not just networks
  • Be an active listener
  • Remember to make time for yourself

If some of these seem impossible or overwhelming, remember to take baby steps. Don't swear off technology all together. Practice turning off your phone for five minutes a day. You'll be surprised how liberating it can be and how productive and intentional you can be with your time.

Bil Keane said, "Yesterday's the past, tomorrow's the future, but today is a gift. That's why it's called the present." Be mindful of that gift. To be in the present, one can truly be free.
