Do You Know What Rtl Is? It Could Help Your Child in School!

Response to Intervention (RtI) is a multi-tier approach to the early identification and support of students with learning and behavior needs provided as a part of general education services. The intention of the program is to provide proactive targeted interventions to prevent the consideration of special education identification. As the holidays approach, students may have completed their first six weeks of intervention services.

  • RtI interventions should result in measurable student progress.
  • Parents should be provided with progress updates that reflect improvements in academic and behavioral performance.

Stay involved and monitor your children’s academic growth to ensure that they are achieving the progress intended by the RtI services.
