Parents: Be the Light You Want to See in the World, for Your Kids!

Whether you are happy or sad today about the election results, you are here, now, at this place, at this time, in this room, in your world, in the scheme of this moment – and you have never been at this moment before. Take this moment and instead of letting it wind through your mind as nothing, receive it as a gift. Here's how:

  • Place it in a chalice and hold it up high.
  • Listen to the still, small voice that tells you what you really need and don’t need, now, in this moment.
  • See a bigger picture, devoid of pettiness.

This is how you help everyone now and later. Raise your low impulse high, and those nearest you are lifted, too. Be the light you want to see in the world, for your kids' sake. This is the way that destructive emotions are cleansed like water into steam, turning them into a driving force for good. Right or left, we are all more alike than we are different. Know this, now.
