Power Posing: When the Bully Wins, Become a Superhero in 2 Minutes!

Like it or not, the bully in the playground or in adult life, sometimes wins. It can be hard to explain to your child why it happens. But more importantly let them know it won’t always be that way. We can take a stand together and over time, good will prevail. The first thing we need to do is gain back our personal power that may have been lost. Try this technique, called Power Posing, discovered by Harvard University Researchers!

  • Stand tall and proudly.
  • Place your hands on your hips.
  • Imagine that a breeze is blowing on your face.
  • You are Superwoman or Superman.
  • Hold for 2 minutes.

This will literally reduce stress hormones and increase hormones that make you feel empowered, plus boosts immunity!
