Worried Your Kids Aren't Drinking Enough Water? Try These Fruit Ice Cubes! by Christine Jones

We all know how important it is to stay hydrated, but it can be tough to get little ones to drink enough water. And it's all too tempting to reach for sugary drinks. Here's a fun and creative way to get everyone in your family to drink more water!

  • Slice up your favorite fruits: lemons, oranges, strawberries, limes, raspberries, etc.
  • Place fruit in an ice tray.
  • Add water and freeze.
  • Add to water and enjoy!

Let your kids help you select the fruit and make up the different combinations. This truly makes what can be boring old water a lot more enjoyable. It goes great with sparkling waters as well and looks nice in mason jars with festive straws when entertaining guests!

This is a great idea. I've used peaches, strawberries, and mango that I've pulverized for frozen cubes. No more expensive teas from Sonic, we make our own.
