The number of high school nutrition programs are growing, teaching student athletes and others that nutritious food is a performance enhancer. Motivated kids are trying out healthier diets and feeling a positive difference because of these programs. 

Encourage your teen to take a class at their school or other community nutrition program designed for teens. Can't find one? Suggest your school invest in one.
