It's Time to Celebrate National Kiss a Mom Week: Is It Real? No, but It Should Be. Here's Why! by Gail Harris
Only a mom knows what it means to be a mom. This sounds obvious, but wait … it’s profound.
No matter where our children take us, physically – in the real world and emotionally – in the rollercoaster of our hearts, our instinct to love our kids is the strongest urge we know. Fathers have an urge, too. But the lioness in us that protects and nurtures our God-given gifts is something that only moms experience. That’s why we moms must support each other. Our wonderful differences – God bless them – pale to the bond that makes us stronger when we stick together.
Today, go out and kiss a mom you love. Or two.
