Same Food, Different Day? 5 Tips to Get Kids & Picky Eaters to Try New Foods

Does your child eat the same thing every day? Here are five tips to help him or her try new foods!

  • Involve your child in food prep. Like adults, the more a child is invested in something, the more likely he or she is to be supportive.
  • Have family meals. Eating together is always better than alone, especially with a good parent model.
  • Offer healthy foods
  • Be creative and experiment with new recipes
  • Have meals at play dates with other kids that eat healthy. This encourages social skills, making new friends and trying new foods!

Before you know it, you'll have a little foodie to deal with!
