While the testing debate rages on, here is a tip for parents to help their kids develop these essential skills: Ask questions! 

  • How do they feel? 
  • What went on in the playground? 
  • What do they think about situations – good and bad – they experienced at school and throughout their day? 

There is more for kids to learn then the three R's!
