Hacks for Better Sleep: How to Add a Soothing, Romantic Scent to Your Bedroom to Help You Sleep

I love the smell of lavender, especially at night in my bedroom. You can make this easy spray to spritz on your pillows at night for a relaxing or romantic feel.

You'll need:

Here's how to do it:

  1. Buy a spray bottle at your local health food store. I really like using glass. They are very sturdy (I've even dropped mine a few times!).
  2. Add about 20 drops of lavender essential oil and fill the rest with purified water. 
  3. Spritz it onto your pillows at night and breathe in the subtle, but beautiful, scent. 

It's an inexpensive way to make your bedroom feel like a spa. Kids love it, too!
