Homemade Valentine's Day Cards: Cerealsy Cute DIY Valentine Cards for Kids

Down to the wire making those Valentine’s Day cards with your child for their class party? Here’s an idea a friend of mine did with her kiddos that is cerealsly cute!

All you need to make these DIY Valentine's Day cards is construction paper, scissors, markers, washi tape and those single-size boxes of breakfast cereal. Cut hearts out of the construction paper then have your child (or you) write a fun message on it using "cerealsy." Seriously. We like "I'm cerealsy glad you're in my class" or "I'm cerealsy glad you're my Valentine." But let your child get creative! Secure the heart to the box and cereal and you're done! How cute and fun.

These fun homemade cards for kids don't have to stop at Valentine's Day either. They could cut another shape out of the construction paper and make these for birthdays or other holidays.
