Does Your Child's Caregiver Refuse to Get a Flu Shot? Try This!

If your caregiver refuses to get a flu shot, here are four tips to help deal with this situation!

  • Have an Honest Conversation - Does she have a medical/personal reason for refusing?
  • Know the Facts - More than 20,000 children 5 and younger are hospitalized because of flu complications yearly in the U.S.
  • Discuss Causes and Prevention - Make sure your caregiver is aware how the flu spreads and how to prevent it.
  • Ask: Is This a Deal Breaker? - You may need to reevaluate your caregiver situation and find someone who shares the same beliefs as you.

Good luck!
