Overwhelmed With Stuff? How to De-Clutter, De-Own & Simplify - Now!

My family is relocating soon, and packing has taught me something: we have too much stuff! Over time it’s easy to accumulate far more than we realize. Moving can be a great time to purge and remind yourself of your priorities. But you don’t have to wait for a move to clear out the clutter.

  • Donate items to a shelter.
  • Have a yard sale.
  • Give a friend something that she’s admired.

There’s no reason to wait – start today. De-clutter (or better yet, de-own) and simplify. Just remember:

I had a friend give me a piece of furniture a few weeks ago that I had admired over the years because she was de-owning, de-cluttering and simplifying, @amghalstead. Great tip! And thanks Gina Jackson-Holliday! :-)
