Rushing to get to a meeting the other day, I paused by the side of my garage. There I saw the most beautiful clematis, quietly climbing the trellis I put there last year, and spilling over onto the sidewalk. It took my breath away. 

I hadn't taken the time to notice it blooming until that moment, and suddenly there it was, a gentle explosion of color and beauty to brighten my day. 

It transformed the side of the garage into a canvas. Even more, it reminded me that something small left to grow on its own can bloom into a powerful force that makes its tiny corner of the world that much brighter!
