I'm Blessed & Highly favored to be a Wife, Mother & Grandmother! I work for an airline part time, so I can enjoy the FREE travel benefits. My Husband and I, own a Rental Property Company, and I sell pretty jewelry online. I love doing things such as reading, gardening (as in flower garden). Painting (as in Wine and Canvas). I love all things pretty, and Music. Traveling to Warm sunny places that include beach, Ocean and Cocktails are certainly one of My Passions. In my lifetime I pretty much have been through just as much as the next person. My Belief, Faith, my personal Walk with God is Strong. In My travels, I have learned We are more alike, than we are different. Everyone has the same Emotional & Physical Needs. We all want to be loved, we all want to belong, we all want good health, & good food! Oh yeah, lets not forget, a good cocktail! As a Cancer Survivor I would take Good Health, over winning The Lottery any day.
My Family consist of all Nations from African American, Belize, Geechee, Cajun, Creole, Caucasian, Latino, Native, and Thai. We are pretty much dysfunctional, wild and crazy, but I love them all, dearly. They helped shape who I am. I don't know where I would be without My Family. Being in such a diverse family has taught me that tolerating others is not enough, but to include and embrace others. Treating others with compassion, dignity, love & respect no matter who they are, what they do, what party they belong to, or where they come from, that is how I was raised.
My Philosophy on getting through this life? Laugh at myself, I'm a Masterpiece in progress, This too Shall Pass, See the Good in Others, A small act of Kindness goes along way, and if there is any good I can do, let me do it now, no matter how big or small, for I shall only pass this way but once. Success, to me, is knowing somebody's life was just a tad bit better, because I was in it!
