With a tough cold and flu season upon us, I'm looking for any way I can to protect myself. One study I read indicated that just by exercising 30 minutes a day, you can increase your immunity by up to 30 percent. It doesn't matter so much what kind of exercise you do, but just that you get moving. Go out and:

  • walk
  • run
  • dance
  • hike
  • jump rope

Have some fun and enjoy the benefits of a healthier you this winter!
