We're almost all too busy. We run ourselves ragged, never slowing down to enjoy the peace and beauty of life. Sometimes, we need a "time-out." In fact, I think we need one every day, and even several times throughout each day. 

  • Time to be still. 
  • Time to breathe. 
  • Time to take all the good stuff in.
